We’re committed to delivering your sarees to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy to understand how and when your order will be delivered.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • India (All states and union territories)

If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us at support@pinklabel.in for assistance.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Made-to-order or pre-order items may take 7–10 business days to ship.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

3. Shipping Charges

Within India:

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): ₹100

  • Express Shipping (2–3 business days): ₹250

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹2,000

International:

  • Charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

  • Customs duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen courier delays.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order status through our website or the courier's tracking portal.

6. Delivery Issues

If you experience any delays, damaged packaging, or missing items, please contact us at support@pinklabel.in within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Pink Label is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
